Pricing
The DataDirect OpenAccess ODBC Driver for Salesforce can be licensed
for either a single desktop user or single server basis. In addition
to the license fee, DataDirect’s standard support offering is available.
The support fee is based on a percentage of the license fee and
must be renewed on a yearly basis. Support entitles you to all upgrades
and access to DataDirect support engineers.

* Single Desktop user means the ODBC client is licensed to run
on any version of Microsoft's desktop operating system that runs
on the x/86 CPU architecture. (i.e. Win2k, Window XP). The desktop
license is meant to be used from an application that is used by
one user at a time. It is not licensed to be used as a gateway to
facilitate moving of data for multiple users between Salesforce
and another database. For example, it cannot be used to create a
MS Access application that will load data for multiple users from
Salesforce into SQL Server. This requires licensing the Server version.
** Single Server means the ODBC client is licensed to run on any
version of Microsoft's Server operating systems that runs on the
x86 CPU architecture. (i.e. 2000 Server, 2003 Server). This licensing
is also required for desktop usage that involves accessing multiple
user’s data in order to populate another database.
